An Institute of Arts & Design (Affiliated to Raja Mansingh Tomar Music & Arts University, Gwalior)
Once upon a canvas of dreams, in the heart of Bhopal, a vision was born — to craft a sanctuary where art would not only be taught, but lived. In 2011, under the gentle guidance of Maa Narmada Education of Fine Arts & Welfare Society, NCFA came into being — not as a school, but as a sadhana, a devotion to beauty, culture, and creative spirit. What began as a whisper of inspiration has now echoed into the lives of countless students since our first graduating batch in 2015, led with unwavering passion by Dr. (Mrs.) Aparna Laad.
Here at NCFA, every corridor holds a rhythm, every studio a story. We do not bind art to brushstrokes or boundaries — we let it fly, fluid and fearless. With an interdisciplinary heart, we weave together painting and performance, sculpture and sound, digital visions and handmade dreams. Our students explore, fail, rise, and create again — guided by master artists, nurtured by tradition, and powered by modern tools. Each piece of work is a mirror of self, a message to the world, a moment of transformation.
Affiliated with Raja Mansingh Tomar Music & Arts University, our journey is ever-evolving. We celebrate the rebel spirit, the quiet observer, the bold innovator. Our award-winning alumni, our community-driven projects, our festivals and showcases — all echo one truth: that art can move minds, shape societies, and stir the soul. At NCFA, we don’t just shape artists. We awaken storytellers, visionaries, and change makers — because we believe, deeply, that the future of art begins here. And it begins with you.
From the delicate brushstrokes of Renaissance masters to the bold pixels of digital frontiers
our programs are bridges between the artist you are and the legend you’ll become.
